Adobe is working on adapting the desktop and interface of Photoshop to be able to fully benefit from the Retina dsiplay of the new MacBook Pro. Today, the definition makes the buttons too small for allowing a comfortable usage of the software by most users. The goal is to provide a more visible interface while preserving this amazing definition which will be such a great benefit for photo and video editing.
It is very likely that most of the key players in the field of photo, audio and video editing applications will adapt their interfaces to allow users to benefit from such resolution. Such optimized version might be slightly more expensive or a small fee might be asked for an upgrade.
