Full Version: Starck and Apple: Revolutionay Project Ahead
HardMac Forum > Speak up! > News

In an interview to France-Info radio and to the newspaper Le Figaro, Philippe Starck, the renowned French designer, indicated that he has been working with Apple and that the result of this collaboration will give birth to a revolutionary project in 8 months. Of course, he did not provide any further details, but it might already be too much, and rumors will start spreading the web: Apple TV set, etc. (name your favorite).

If we had to bet, we would put our money on the revolutionary remote control that will be associated with the future Apple TV set. This is particularly in this area that innovation in design and ergonomic are needed, and Starck and his team are known for that.

Could it have been to set this up that Tim Cook was in Paris a few weeks ago? Nothing else seems to have come of that visit.

Except that Apple's preferred mode of response is 'No comment'. An all out denial is most unusual for them.
