At the beginning of last year, Kodak filed a suit against Apple and RIM for the alleged infringement of one their patents regarding the preview of images.
A judge of the International Trade Commission issued a negative recommendation about Kodak's claim. This recommendation is not the final verdict, but things are not looking so good for Kodak in this procedure. If Kodak was to lose its claim, it would still have to face the retaliation claim that Apple filed against them, also over patent infringement. By Machmeter, original by Lionel |
