Apple Back at the NAB in 2010?, 05/10/2009 - Your reactions

In 2007, Apple made an impressive come-back at the NAB by reserving the largest booth during the show for introducing Final Cut Studio 2:





They organized a keynote and made a large buzz around Final Cut Studio 2. This was almost 3 years ago, and last July, FCS moved to version 3.0 without much advertising campaign. Many users consider this version as incomplete, and according to internal source, the current version 3.0 is tagged as a "temporary/transition". The main reason seems to be associated to Snow Leopard release. It seems that one could not integrate all changes expected in FCS 3.0 with Snow leopard development schedule. So, apparently the really new version should be unveiled by Apple during the NAB 2010 which will take place from April 10 to 15, 2010.
You should consider this information as a rumor as we could not cross-check it with other sources, but it demonstrated its reliability in the past. Last but not least, this is a report on a 6 months ahead event, and many things can still happen in between.
