Sorry guys not sure how this is correctly called in english, but this is waht I would be looking for:

A Software where I can put in the size of may room, or draw it, and then place the furniture and move it around to see how it all fits.
2D would be enough, 3D a bonus but not really required.

I wish I knew of a good one for Mac OS X. I used to have one for Mac OS that was nice (and free), but I haven't found any free or at least cheap solutions for OS X. So my only guess is to try some CAD application, but I haven't tried any.

CAD applications are to complicated for just that little task.

If I wnated it comlicated, I coulf build teh room ind Poser or bryce in 3d and put in the furniture as 3d objects, then render it all up, and maybe animate it.

Guess its back to pen and paper then. smile.gif

Try LiveInterior3D from http://www.belightsoft.com/products/livein...or/overview.php
Or if you have a PC, go to BoConcept.com and get their own app, it can only sue their own furniture but it still helps.

I don't know when it came out, but I just noticed that Google SketchUp is available for the Mac. Would this fill your need?
