According to FOCUS TAIWAN, Mr Terry GOU said that the "iPhone5 will put Samsung Galaxy SIII to shame". This declaration would have been made during the celebration of a collaboration between Foxconn and Sharp for manufacturing displays. Beyond the "kinder garden" aspect of such statements, it seems that Mr Terry GOU wants to please its main client, Apple, while going to a frontal opposition with Samsung. his is maybe a way for Foxconn to avoid talking about the embarrassing reports and on-going actions to improve salaries as well as working conditions in its manufacturing plants.
