As expected, iFixit went to Australia to get the new iPad and publish their usual teardown.
Don't try to do the same, the iPad was not built to be repaired. Alongside the A5X chip, the new battery is definitely very impressing and takes the most space in the tablet. Their should be many people wanting a new iPad today. On that subject, we would advise you not to get the 16 GB model. The reason is that the resolution of the new display is so high that dedicated apps are a lot bigger than on the previous models. 16 GB might be a little small to hold all your files in addition to the apps.
