iPad 3 or iPad 2S or iPad HD? Anyway, Accessories Are Becoming Available, 06/03/2012 - Your reactions

Couple of months ago, Apple managed to push some partner to identified some of their employees who had sold specification of the iPad 2 case in order to allow third parties to start manufacturing accessories before the release of the device itself. It seems that this is still an on-going issue for Apple, as some resellers and distributors start stocking ipad 3-specific protection sleeves/covers/enclosures while the new version of the iPad is only to eb released on Wednesday. So far, it soughed be slightly thicker than the iPad 2.


Regarding the future iPad, we have collected several reports indicating that it could be NOT immediately available in Europe, and might NOT be named iPad 3... according to Gizmodo, it could be named iPad HD. Some of our sources indicate iPAd 2S, S standing for Speed or Screen. Its name is not really a big issue, and its performance and specification are more important. However, it is clear that naming it iPAd 2S, it will make it easier for the iPad 2 to continue its life as the entry-level model.
