HTC: Apple lacks Fairplay, 13/07/2011 - Your reactions

Apple very recently decided to give a new blow to its legal procedures against HTC. This is not surprising, this coming after the announcement of excellent results of HTC. The reaction of HTC was surprising:


HTC is disappointed by the constant attempts of Apple to bring procedures against competition on the market. HTC firmly contradicted all the allegations formulated by Apple in the past and the present, and we reaffirm our determination and our engagement to protect our intellectual property laws.



The position of HTC is thus now clear. The company will affirm to be victim of an unjustified fight by Apple. These procedures will not end any time soon. In a certain way, Apple finds itself today in a situation known to them not so long ago when Mac was shining in glory while the PC under Windows started to go down. At that time Apple was seen sparring with this unworthy competition with contempt and condescension. Apple has not passed far from its end of that story.

The difficulty of being able to innovate unceasingly, the company will behave like all the giants of electronics and to start to want to slow down by all the means the development of its competitors or to force them to pay royalties to gain money and also to oblige them to increase the price of their devices making them thus less competitive.
