Western Digital announced new MyBook Thunderbolt Duo. As with all MyBook unit, this external enclosure will include 2 HD that can be set in a RAID 0, 1 or JBOD mode. The enclosure will feature a Thunderbolt port and storage capacity will be 2x2 TB or 2x3 TB. Such models will compete with solutions from Promise and LaCie. Maybe customers will benefit from the increase of new models and actors in the field as it should drive prices down.
